EOS ITech, on behalf of EOS Technology Solutions, both part of EOS Group, is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team.
This is the job
- You are supporting the operation of our central AWS platform.
- You develop the infrastructure of our AWS cloud platform with Terraform and ensure that it remains stable and scalable.
- You automate the infrastructure and manage “Infrastructure as Code” in an AWS environment.
- As a consultant for AWS infrastructure services, you will gather requirements and develop customized solutions.
- You will develop, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and error-free software delivery while keeping our processes efficient and reliable.
- You promote continuous improvement of code quality through regular code reviews and targeted knowledge sharing.
- You will implement and manage effective monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the performance and reliability of our systems.
- As a DevOps expert, you will lead your own projects and support team members in solving complex technical challenges.
- With your know-how and experience, you support and advise product teams in detail during architecture and code reviews.
- Security standards and cloud guidelines are checked, maintained and continuously improved by you.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, for easy cooperation with our 24 European subsidiaries.
- You have several years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructures on the AWS platform.
- Ideally, you have already participated in or led large cloud migration projects.
- Your in-depth knowledge of Terraform or Ansible makes you an expert in infrastructure automation and IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- You have extensive experience with CI/CD automation using GitLab, as well as containerization and Kubernetes.
- You have development experience with Bash, Python or PowerShell.
- Deep understanding of the TCP/IP stack and general proficiency in networking.
- A methodical, structured and independent approach as well as a pronounced ability to work in a team describe your way of working.
