EOS ITech, on behalf of EOS IT RO, both part of EOS Group, is looking for Full Stack Java Developer to join the IT team, full time.
This is the role:
- Work as part of an international agile team following SAFe principles and practices.
- Design and develop features and modules for mission-critical Microservices-based applications.
- Write clean, well-designed, testable, and efficient JAVA and Angular code.
- Ensure solutions comply with defined architecture, standards, and coding guidelines.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development and maintenance lifecycle.
- Prepare, maintain and produce software releases
- Actively contributes to continuous improvement by researching new technologies and architectural alternatives.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality by testing delivered features
- Contribute to and support Continuous Delivery (CD) processes and pipelines
- Availability to travel abroad occasionally ( 3-4 times per year).
What you bring to the table:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven hands-on software development experience.
- Strong experience in designing and developing applications using Java.
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Oracle, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
- Experience in developing web applications using the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
- Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills, with knowledge of common design patterns and clean code principles
- Good communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
- Proactive problem-solver with analytical skills, and positive attitude.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting delivery timelines.
- Fast learner with ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English is a must
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of AWS and eagerness to further develop cloud skills
- Experience with distributed, containerized, and event-driven system architectures.
- Experience or knowledge in the finance domain
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development speed
- Strong Knowledge sharing mindset, aligned with one of our core EOS values
