EOS ITech, on behalf of EOS Technology Solutions, both part of EOS Group, is looking for a Senior M365 System Administrator to join the team.
This is the job
- You are part of our Collaboration Team, which is responsible for the operation and administration of M365. You will support our customers in creating solutions based on M365 with a focus on Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
- You’ll support Azure cloud operations including RBAC, PIM, MFA, conditional access policies, licensing
- As 2nd level support, you will handle a wide variety of tickets and help your internal stakeholders to find suitable business solutions!
- You will perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
- You will monitor and research current and emerging M365 technologies, and identify and promote innovation opportunities that deliver business benefit
- You will also work together in a team on new projects within our OKRs Cycles..
What you bring to the table
- You have several years of professional experience as a system administrator for M365/Office 365 and Exchange Online.
- Experience with Azure AD Connect (hybrid environment)
- Experience in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, PowerShell.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- Ideally, you have already worked with Jira.
- Your customer orientation and intercultural competence characterize your work.
- You speak professional English
- German skills are a plus for us, but not a necesity!
- It is nice if you have some experience in M365 Compliance & Security
